Our 90-Day Promise
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it — even if used — for a full refund within 90 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@navyrosebeauty.com with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack the item(s) and attach the label
- Drop off at any carrier location
- Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Return shipping is free within the US
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at support@navyrosebeauty.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
